David Sharp, PaySimple's President, joined PaySimple in 2007 and is passionate about helping PaySimple’s customers, employees and investors realize their full potential with the simplicity and flow that PaySimple’s commerce enablement platform brings to the marketplace. David has 21 years of experience in the payments and software industry, including eight years as Vice President of the Western Region for Global Payments. During his career, he has led business development for payment network processing, agent bank and ISO programs, as well as a variety of alternative payment solutions. David served as a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army following graduation from the Defense Language Institute and holds a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia.
Leah is the VP of Customer Experience at PaySimple and is passionate about leading organizations and efforts to create an excellent experience for every PaySimple prospect and customer. She leads the Customer Success and Customer Care teams who provide proactive and reactive support to 17,000+ SMBs, helping their businesses succeed. Leah has over 10 years experience managing customer facing teams. Under her leadership, her teams have won Silver and Bronze Stevie Awards, recognized for providing outstanding customer service in the software category. Prior to joining PaySimple Leah was the General Manager of an upscale, high-volume, boutique hotel. Leah has a B.A in Sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She was the Silver Stevie Award winner for ‘Young Customer Service Professional’ in 2012.
Logan is the VP of Sales, leading a sales team passionate about providing the right solutions to help small businesses and organizations grow and thrive. Prior to joining PaySimple in 2017, Logan led the Colorado-based sales team for Constant Contact, a leading provider of SMB marketing software. He has over 10 years of experience in software sales, specifically focused around solving SMB challenges through a consultative and problem solving approach to selling. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
Nadine Pyter, VP of Marketing, oversees PaySimple’s brand, product marketing and growth strategies. Nadine is passionate about connecting people with products and services that will transform their lives for the better. With over 15 years of experience marketing technology products, Nadine brings her expertise in high-growth strategies and won numerous marketing awards including the BMA Best in Show and Best B2B Marketing Strategy 2013 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 in 2012 and 2013. Nadine has a B.A. in Sociology and Journalism from Beloit College and is Pragmatic Marketing certified.
As Vice President of Product Development, Jim Olson is responsible for product strategy and execution at PaySimple. Jim joined the company in 2012 and leads a team of Product Managers and Designers that are passionate about delivering experiences that help business owners grow their revenue, improve business insights and save time. Jim has over 15 years of experience developing and managing digital products and product teams at startups and growth organizations. He's passionate about building great teams and great products. Jim is a private pilot, served as an NCO in the Marine Corps, and holds a BS in Business Management from Oregon State University.
As the VP of Strategy and Analytics, Kari is passionate about using data to deliver insights that drive financial and operational excellence. Prior to joining PaySimple in 2015, Kari spent seven years at The D. E. Shaw Group, a $46 billion investment firm based in New York City, where she worked as a Vice President in External Affairs and Risk Management. Before that, she was an Analyst at Atlantic Media in Washington, DC. Kari holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an M.S. in Accounting and Taxation from the Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder.
