DENVER, CO – Feb. 24, 2015 – Denver-based PaySimple, the leading provider of service commerce solutions to small and midsize businesses (SMBs), announced today it has appointed Yelp Inc Senior Vice President of Revenue Jed Nachman to the company’s board of directors. With his addition, Nachman joins a board comprised of 5 directors, including Scott Thompson, CEO of ShopRunner and former PayPal president, and Amir Goldman, managing director of Susquehanna Growth Equity, to help guide PaySimple’s rapidly growing service commerce technology platform.

Nachman has been with Yelp since early 2007 and is responsible for leading Yelp’s rapidly growing sales, client services, and revenue operations groups, which span across four domestic locations as well as Europe. Prior to Yelp, Jed spent seven years in senior sales roles for Yahoo! HotJobs, and most recently as director of corporate sales for the Western region. He began his career in the Venture Services Group of investment bank Robertson Stephens.
