Credit Card Payments: Worldpay iQ Payment Processing
Worldpay iQ is a robust, easy-to-use, self-service reporting tool to access your payment processing data with availability on both mobile and desktop.

To set up an account and log in to iQ:
- Complete the registration process.
- User Name: Merchant ID Number provided via email from care@paysimple.com within 72 hours of your merchant account activation.
- Temporary Password: Tax ID number
Once you log in, you’ll be able to access your monthly statements, view transactions, and setup your account to receive real-time notifications of deposits, disputes, and more.

ACH Payment Billing
In order to process payments through ACH, you will be billed a monthly ACH processing fee for all transactions that are completed through PaySimple. Your business is billed around the 10th of the month for transactions processed in the previous month, and the fees are debited from your business bank account from which your monthly credit card fees are also billed.
As an example, for transactions that process in July, you can expect to be billed around the 10th of August.
The billing contact on your account will receive an ACH statement via email detailing the number of transactions processed for the previous month and the total amount that was automatically debited from your account. Details and explanations of each fee at the bottom of the statement.
PCI Compliance
The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a framework designed to ensure that all merchants that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
PaySimple is a Level 1 PCI DSS certified service provider. By partnering with PaySimple, we take care of most of the PCI requirements, but we cannot certify PCI Compliance for you. To certify and remain compliant, you are required to complete the certification process now and on an annual basis moving forward.

Important Note
If you do not complete the certification process to achieve compliance within 60 days, your credit card processor will assess a monthly non-compliance fee consistent with your pricing schedule until you’ve met this requirement.
To complete the PCI Compliance Certification:
- Access the PCI Validation Program page.
- User Name: Merchant ID Number – please call PaySimple Customer Care to obtain (800-466-0992 Option 2).
