The PaySimple development team is committed to improving the PaySimple product through regular technology releases. Here are some of the highlights from our latest release:
Add Attachments to Invoices
When sending an email invoice to a customer, you now have the option to upload an attachment to be e-mailed to your customer along with the invoice. This is a really easy way to share any supporting documentation pertaining to the invoice with your customers.
Reports Quick Links Section
Now you can access your reports from anywhere in the application with just one click. Standard reports are included as quick links by default. You can also easily add any of your custom reports to this list by selecting the “Add to QuickLinks” option from the custom report action menu.
Modify Custom Report Date Range
We added the date range selector to custom reports. You can now see and modify the date range of activity to view a custom report directly on the custom report page.
Default Display Will be “Active” Status for Recurring Lists
We always want to show you the most relevant data as quickly as possible. Now, when you go to view your Recurring Payments or Recurring Invoices, the default display will show you the schedules with an active status.
Customer Care’s Time-Saving Tip of the Week
This week’s tip is brought to you by Mel, a Senior member of the Customer Care team: “Want more information about a transaction? Click into the Transaction ID number or use the Action menu to view more detailed information about your transaction.”
