• Share feedback and articulate your thoughts about PaySimple’s platform and particular features within the product
• Participate in moderated and unmoderated prototype testing
• Be interviewed (usually less than 30 minutes) about your use of the product
• Respond promptly—within 1-2 days
• Influence how our product is shaped for thousands of merchants in the US
• NOT use this opportunity as a way to only share complaints you have
