Karen L. Webster, B2B Market Expert, Joins PaySimple Advisory Board

DENVER, CO, March 17, 2008 - PaySimple, the leading provider of on-demand electronic payment management solutions for small businesses, is pleased to announce the addition of Karen L. Webster to its Advisory Board. Webster is currently the President of Market Platform Dynamics and is responsible for the firm's overall strategy and client development initiatives. She has extensive experience in business consulting and strategic marketing, especially in business-to-business markets, and will serve as a valuable resource to PaySimple.

In addition to a long history of consulting experience, Karen Webster has also contributed to and authored numerous articles, including a report on the payment habits and preferences of Generations X and Y and "Loyalty 2.0" which challenges conventional wisdom on existing loyalty initiatives. She is also the author of "Designing the Right Product Offerings" (with David Evans) (MIT Sloan Management Review, Fall 2007) and was a key contributor to Catalyst Code: The Secrets Behind the World's Most Dynamic Companies. As a member of the PaySimple Advisory Board, Karen will play a key role in advising its product positioning, growth structure, and marketing strategies.

Prior to becoming President of Market Platform Dynamics, Karen served as the Managing Director of Global Marketing and Planning for PricewaterhouseCoopers' $6 billion management consulting practice. While there, she also led the firm's eBusiness Strategic Marketing taskforce and created the strategic positioning and go-to-market approach for this firm-wide initiative. Karen later served as Chief Operating Officer for a US$125 million consulting subsidiary that is part of the MMC family of companies. In 2002, Karen launched her own B2B strategic marketing consultancy, which later combined with Market Platform Dynamics.
