How to Re-Establish Your Treasury Gateway Link

 

If your single sign-on connection with Treasury Gateway ever gets broken or otherwise corrupted, it can be easily reset. Simply contact Customer Care at your financial institution and request a password re-set for e-Invoicing & Payments.

 

You will then receive an email with a new one-time use configuration password which you can use to re-configure the e-Invoicing & Payments Service in Treasury Gateway. Refer to your Treasury Gateway help materials for instructions on how to update a Service connection.
