The PaySimple Customer Experience team won two customer service awards on Monday, February 27th, in the Sixth Annual People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Leah Bowes, Director of PaySimple Customer Experience, won the Silver Stevie Award for Young Customer Service Professional of the Year, and the entire care team won Bronze for Customer Service Department of the Year in Computer Software.
“We were impressed by the level of competition in our categories, and privileged to have brought home two Stevie Awards for our efforts in customer care,” Leah said. “The whole experience has taught me so much about how other companies with like-minded goals provide the best support to their customers.”
The Steve Awards is an international competition recognizing excellence in disciplines that are vital to business success. The event hosted 350 executives representing hundreds of companies from across the world who qualified as finalists in a variety of sales and service categories.
Finalists were nominated by 93 business professionals, acting as preliminary judges. PaySimple was selected out of 1,000 entries from organizations worldwide.
