PaySimple won Silver for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service, an award that highlighted how systems like LiveOps, SalesForce, and email automation can increase team efficiency and capacity. Adoption of these tools resulted in more opportunities to talk to customers, reduced response time to questions, and ultimately higher customer satisfaction.
“In 2013, while experiencing a nice growth spurt, PaySimple devoted a lot of resources to scale our processes so that we could help more customers every day. Our nomination was a great opportunity to tout our success improving efficiencies across the year,” noted Leah Bowes, Sr. Director of Customer Experience, “Equally important — while efficiencies improved, service did not suffer. Instead, the team achieved our highest customer satisfaction score to date.”
The Stevie Awards are an international competition recognizing excellence in disciplines that are vital to business success. The event hosted over 470 executives representing hundreds of companies who qualified as finalists in a variety of sales and service categories highlighting both individuals and companies.
Finalists were nominated by other business professionals, and went through both a preliminary and 2nd round of judging before being chosen as an award winner. PaySimple was selected out of 1,500 entries from organizations worldwide .
